Michael Kelly


Michael Kelly, an associate consultant for Robert Epner & Associates, is an expert in operational improvement, leadership training and organizational development who has been working with line managers and senior executives for over 20 years.  He has clients across a wide range of industries including financial services, construction, food services, government, healthcare, manufacturing, transportation and utilities.  He is the author of "Everyone's Problem Solving Handbook," (Productivity Press, 1992.)

Michael is also part of the faculty at the ING Business School in Amsterdam, where he has conducted numerous operational excellence courses with the most recent being with the banking and IT areas.  He served as advisor to the management of ING's Asia Pacific insurance region where operational excellence was successfully implemented to become part of their overall management system.
