Process Management

It is a truism that the work of a business is done through processes.  Therefore, once plans are set, implementation largely happens through processes.  Yet, if there are no clear expectations for process management, each business and each department will tend to come up with their own process definitions directly or implicitly.


Our approach is to establish a consistency in process management across country businesses starting with a common definition of process scope that is "end-to-end."  This means if we want our processes to impact the customer we need the customer at both process end points - from start to finish.  Process management consistency, in scope and measurement, is needed as a foundation for developing more standardized processes across countries.
